Genshin Impact players can obtain the Drywater Bow from the Sumeru Fishing Association by speaking to NPC Loumelat, who can be found fishing north of Port of Ormos.
How to get the Dry Waters Bow in Genshin Impact
As part of the Genshin Impact 3.0 update, six new types of fish have been added to the game with Sumeru, including some fish that only spawn during certain hours. Luckily for Genshin Impact players hoping to get Dry Waters, the fish needed to get it spawn both day and night.
Furthermore, all three of these fish can be caught using the same bait, the sweetened baitwhose recipe can also be obtained from the Sumeru Fishing Association in exchange for 3x Medaka.
Players can obtain the 4-Star Bow, Dry Waters, for free in exchange for a total of 36 fish caught in Sumeru. Once players have caught the required fish, they can trade them directly with the NPC.
