Characters that are in Rank B are good, but they are not as fast or useful as other characters.
For example: Mona is wonderful for quick team switching, but other than that, she has very limited use. Her Elemental Blast is pretty good, but can be difficult to cast. Yoimiya, on the other hand, can deal a lot of damage, but you’ll need to spend a round to activate her Elemental Blast. Finally, there’s Jean, who also has a great Explosion, but it ends up being quite demanding (you’ll need four dice and three energy to cast it).
